Refund Policy

Here at Snake Valley Handmade, we’re very confident that you will love your goodies – however, just in case there is something that isn’t quite right, we’ve developed a process to make things simple for all parties. Snake Valley Handmade provides a “fair and reasonable” returns and exchange policy. Despite all our products being personally inspected by our thorough selves prior to shipping, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If this is the case, we request that you please contact us immediately (within 3 days) upon receipt of your parcel, should you believe there is a defect with your purchased item(s). Should an item you purchased be defective, we shall replace it within 7 days of receiving your email notification. **Please note the below does not apply to any clearance items**

Although it is not required, we strongly suggest you send any item(s) back to Snake Valley Handmade via registered/insured post. We recommend this as Snake Valley Handmade are not responsible for item(s) damaged or lost during transit. Should the worst occur, Snake Valley Handmade will not be accountable or liable to refund, exchange or provide a store credit. All item(s) must be returned, unused, unmarked and inclusive of all packaging (lids, bags, logos etc).

Snake Valley Handmade cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the Snake Valley Handmade online store.

Snake Valley Handmade does not offer a “change of mind policy”, so please select your product/s carefully. If you aren’t quite sure what you are looking for, or have a particular scent or other product that you’re after, have a chat with us! We are more than happy to help and want to ensure that you’re truly happy with your purchase! 

Returns and Exchange Process:

  1. Notify us via email at snakevalleyhandmade@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your goods;
  2. Title the subject line with your name and order number;
  3. Provide a detailed description of the fault and where possible, include photos;
  4. Snake Valley Handmade will respond to your email within two (2) business days;

Should your product be deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement within 7 business days of our confirmation email.
